Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return requirements


The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:

* The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form

* All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn

* All items are clean and complete

* All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging

* All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.

Return instructions

* Contact our costumer service at costumerservice@rebounty.net and request a return

* Attach a label with the address provided by us

* Go to you local post service and send it to us. You have 14 days to return your purchase to us. (Extended period during holidays)

* Once we receive the package and confirm its condition we will procede with the full refund or exchange as soon as possible.
