Any use of this website implies acceptance of all the conditions included in these and other legal documents and submission to Portuguese law at all times, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction.

1. Commercial policy

1.1 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” has “REBOUNTY” branded products for sale on the www.rebounty.net website, and the “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to end users/consumers.

1.2 The “Consumer” means the individual who acts/purchases outside of their business or profession. If you are not a “consumer”, we request that you do not make purchases on the online sales site www.rebounty.net

1.3 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those who are not in accordance with the general conditions of sale of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.”.

1.4 These conditions and general terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, and acceptance of orders placed on www.rebounty.net among consumers of the online store of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” rebounty.net and the seller.

1.5 The “Consumer” must provide “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” an e-mail address, or data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete and accept that “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” can contact you using this data, if you deem it necessary.

2. How to order

2.1 To order on www.rebounty.net it is necessary that the user has an email account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the enjoyment of all the conditions of navigability of the online store of “FOOTPRIME, LTD.”.

Placing an order on www.rebounty.net is easy:

1. Find the products you want to purchase;

2. Add the selected products to the Cart;

3. Complete the purchase;

4. Select the payment option;

5. Review your order;

6. Make the payment and confirm the order;

7. You will receive an order confirmation by email;

Your order is confirmed when you select the “Confirm Payment” (Checkout) button at the end of the purchase process.

When “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” receives your order, a message will appear on the screen with your order number and all its details. The purchase agreement is finalized at that time.

An order confirmation is sent to your email. We suggest that you print or download this copy for future reference.

We reserve the right not to accept your order or cancel it even after automatic confirmation.

By sending the order form, you are accepting the general conditions of purchase, as well as other existing conditions on www.rebounty.net, through links, including the conditions and general terms of use.

The seller may not process orders that do not have a sufficient guarantee of return; when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the ordered products are no longer available. In the aforementioned cases, we will inform you by email that the sales contract has not been concluded and that the seller has not proceeded with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.

If the products presented in the online store www.rebounty.net are no longer available at the time of your last access or when the seller receives the order, the seller must inform you of their unavailability within 30 days of receiving the order.

If an order has been placed and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, the seller will refund the money paid for the unavailable items.

2.2 Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase.

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), (among others) in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:

● The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded);

● Billing information is not correct or verifiable;

● The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;

● The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within a period of 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;

● If we suspect that you are under 16 (sixteen) years of age;

● If we suspect that you are a reseller;

● It is not possible to deliver to the given address.

2.3 Data verification

After receiving the order, we can carry out some checks on it before preparing it.

These checks may include address verification, credibility, and fraud checking. With regard to fraud checking, we run partly automated checks on all orders to filter out unusual, suspicious, or identified transactions as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. By confirming your order, you agree with these conditions.

2.4 Billing

Invoices relating to orders placed are available in “My account -> my orders -> see details -> print invoice” from the moment they are paid for.

The authenticity of the origin and integrity of the content of documents issued electronically is ensured by adopting one of the following procedures: the inclusion of a qualified digital signature in the legal terms or a qualified electronic seal.

3. Warranties and Indication of the price of the product

3.1 Payment Methods

You can find the available payment methods in the Help/FAQ section of the site. We do not accept any other payment methods other than those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

3.2 Payment Processing

If you pay by credit card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details (eg card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the company that provides remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to the transmitted information.

This information will not be used by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” except to carry out the necessary procedures for the purchase or reversal, in the case of a return, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return, or for reporting cases of fraud to the police.

The purchase price of the products and the transport costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to the current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.

4. Order Security

4.1 The REBOUNTY store uses one of the most robust security technologies among the encryption platforms available.

Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via email cannot be guaranteed.

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” shall not be liable for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, recurring damages from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used to communications or virus transmissions.

If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference, we will start processing the order after we have received payment. This can take several days. Once 5 (five) calendar days have passed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, it will be canceled.

Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for billing can be verified.

5. Reservation of ownership

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” retains ownership of the company’s products until it has received payment in full for all such products.

6. Prices

6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website contain/include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered. For additional information on shipping rates by country, consult the Help/FAQ section of the website.

6.2 Prices are all quoted in euros. Please note that changing delivery country may have an influence on prices due to shipping costs.

6.3 Your total price

The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please pay only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual payments per order.

6.4 Price changes

The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

6.5 Pricing errors

Please note that even though the website has been updated with extreme care, it is possible that the pricing information on the website contains errors. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order, should such an error occur.

6.6 Sales with reduced prices (Sales or Liquidations)

Commercial practices with price reduction are regulated by Decree-Law n.º 70/2007, of March 26 – “Sales, Promotions and Liquidations Law”-, with the most recent changes introduced by Decree-Law n.º 109 /2019, of August 14, rectified by the Declaration of Rectification No. 38/2019, of August 21.

Products with a reduced price will be all those previously indicated and communicated by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” on www.rebounty.net

The reduction percentages will be those previously indicated and communicated by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” on www.rebounty.net

The start date and duration of the balance, promotion, or liquidation will be those previously indicated and communicated by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” on www.rebounty.net

The communication to ASAE of balances and/or settlements is carried out by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.”, in accordance with the legal diploma in force.

7. Quality and guarantee

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard products. The main features of each product shown on www.rebounty.net are found on each product page.

The products offered for sale may not exactly match the actual product in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification label. Do not remove the product label if you want to return the purchased product.

If you decide to exercise the right to return the purchased products, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered from their original condition or damaged.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery: where and when

We deliver products from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfill the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a house or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of countries available in the Delivery menu.

To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling or marking options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, and out-of-stock.

A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

8.2 Delivery Deadlines

If you confirm your order on a business day before 12:00 noon and make the payment by credit card or via Paypal, your order will be shipped the following business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). If you choose to pay by ATM reference, shipping is less efficient, as we will only ship after we have received payment. This can take between 5 to 7 days.

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will not be liable for non-compliance, or delay in fulfilling, any obligation that is due to a force majeure event, that is, to an event, act, or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event – which includes any event, act or omission, beyond the reasonable control of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.”).

We will attempt to deliver on time as far as commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always proceed in this way, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

8.3 Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we proceed to divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

8.4 Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package to check for any damage. If it is found that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport, as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.

Any claim for non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of placing the order. After this period, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” cannot be held responsible for its loss.

9. Shipping Fees

9.1 Shipping charges are applied per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery.

9.2 Free shipping

If the customer places an order within the EU or USA, the shipment will be made free of charge.

10. Returns and Cancellations

10.1 Order cancellation before shipment

The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the customer places an order and wants to cancel it, he must first check the status of the order through the menu “My Order” located in the upper right corner of the main page of the site. And if the status of the order mentions “Registered”, there is a possibility that it will still be canceled. However, the customer must contact our Customer Service and ask for the order to be canceled. Only after this procedure is it possible for our Customer Service Department to ask our warehouse to cancel the order.

If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed free of charge for the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the reversal will be processed.

Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled prior to shipment, as the customization process is already underway, as it starts immediately upon receipt of the order. However, the customer can proceed with the return according to the conditions and return rules mentioned below.

10.2 Return of defective products

The customer has the right to return the products delivered if they are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant with the products ordered. The return can be made within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded. For more information on how to proceed with the return and information about the reversal, please consult the Help/FAQ menu on the website.

10.3 Return of products due to withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt, provided that:

● The products have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try on clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but cannot use them);

● The product retains its original features and the packaging is undamaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged);

● The product is complete (eg both items of a pair must be returned);

● You cannot return:

○ Products that have been adulterated.

10.4 Return of offers

It is currently not possible for a person who has received a product as a gift from someone else to return it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who purchased it, in the sense that he proceeds with the return, following the Return Conditions.

10.5 Exchange of products or sizes

To exchange one item for another or to change sizes, please follow the steps in Returns.

10.6 Return information

If your return is justified by the existence of a defect or non-compliance with the ordered products, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” bears the shipping and return costs. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will not refund shipping costs. However, when making a return you will be using our transport provider. As the costs incurred by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” to make the return are equal to the shipping costs, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

Refunds will be made based on the payment method. If the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, the customer must give his bank details to our Customer Support, when starting the return process. This indication is necessary for us to refund the money to your account. The customer will receive the refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

12. Temporary conditions for Promotional Codes (discounts)

12.1 When used in accordance with the protected rules, a promotion code entitles the user to take advantage of a promotion/discount related to the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.

12.2 Promotional codes can only be used for online purchases made on the website. It is not allowed to sell, exchange, or give away a promotional code. The customer carrying the promotional code may not upload or make available a promotional code on any website or other public form of gift, donation, sale, or exchange. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.

12.3 The promotion code is connected with the REBOUNTY brand. The use of the promotional code in connection with another brand, company, or name is not permitted. It is also not allowed to use the promotional code in an illegal, abusive, or disrespectful way, as well as in any other way that may harm the suspicion of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.”.

12.4 The use of the promotional code is subject to only one use per product and per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.

12.5 Promotional codes are not exchangeable/exchangeable for cash.

12.6 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” is under no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes. However, in the case of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” decide to reissue or refund a promotional code, you need to have access to the initial promotional code. To do this, you must keep a copy of your promotional code, otherwise, it cannot be reissued or replaced in case of loss.

13. Availability

Fulfillment of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the site are in stock. However, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In these cases, “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” inform the customer of this fact and refund the amount paid.

14. Validity of the promotion

www.rebounty.net offers are valid only for the moment they are displayed on www.rebounty.net unless otherwise communicated on the website. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” is not linked to any offer, if there are errors or mistakes in spelling, prices, or others in the information on the website. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale concluded under such errors.

15. Liability

15.1 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will only be responsible for damages suffered by the customer if such damages result from breaches attributable to the contractual obligations of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” before the customer, or in the case of the responsibility of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” result from applicable legal law.

15.2 If the customer has suffered damages related to the activity of the site, the responsibility of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” will be limited to:

● Damage to REBOUNTY products or other materials;

● Reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the customer in finding the cause and amount of compensation attributable to the damage;

● The maximum reimbursement of the aforementioned indemnity will be (if applicable) the price of the products concerned.

15.3 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the customer as a result of improper use of our products.

15.4 “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.

15.5 If the customer suffers damage as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” none of the limitations in this article apply.

Applicable law

The present general conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website, or any purchase therein must be governed by Portuguese law.

Change of Terms & Conditions

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force on the date of his order unless the law or competent authority imposes any amendment to them.

Information on the website

Although “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” work your site with great care, the information, text, graphic documents, movies, music, and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect.

“FOOTPRIME, LDA.” cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) of the site, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information, unless such damage is the result of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of “FOOTPRIME, LDA. ”.

The user/customer of the site is not authorized to use or reproduce any of these trademarks or registered names as this constitutes a violation of the rights of the holders.

Everything relating to the design, texts, documents, films, music, and/or other services of the website, the selection and organization of the same, as well as the entire compilation of software (including applets) and all other materials on the website, are the property of from “FOOTPRIME, LDA.” and its suppliers.

Users/customers are only authorized to electronically copy and print portions of the site if this is necessary to place an order on the site or to use the site as a source for purchase.

The user/customer is not authorized to make any other use of the website or the information and materials contained therein, including reproduction for purposes other than those mentioned above, modification, distribution, or republication.

If the user/client intends to use information or materials from the site, he needs to obtain prior written authorization granted by “FOOTPRIME, LDA.”.

17. General e-gift conditions

E-gifts purchased or issued through our online store are for exclusive use on www.rebounty.net

After purchasing or issuing an e-gift, it cannot be converted into cash and cannot be refunded by any other type of payment (bank transfer, VISA/MASTERCARD, or Paypal).

If you have selected the e-gift refund method on your return, it will be sent to the email address included in your order, as soon as the conformity of your item has been validated after receipt at our warehouse.

This e-gift, generated within the scope of a return, cannot be converted into cash or the means of payment used by the customer in the original order.

Reversals of orders paid with e-gift will always be returned by the same method, that is, e-gift.

An e-gift can be used for purchases above or below your balance. If the amount of your purchase is higher, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount. If the value of your purchase is lower, your e-gift code keeps the surplus value in balance. Your e-gift can be used as long as it has a balance.

You can use more than one e-gift in the same order.

You can check the balance of your e-gifts at any time by accessing your Client Area, selecting the Profile tab, and choosing the “E-Gift Balance” option.

The purchase of e-gifts cannot be combined with campaigns, discounts, or promotions.

The use of e-gifts is valid for any item and can be combined with campaigns, discounts, and promotions.

The use of e-gifts is only allowed for registered customers.

21. Tax-free

Tax-free issuance is possible for a minimum order of 50 euros plus VAT, and the customer has 2 months to place the order. The billing address of the order is always the delivery address of the order (ie EU).

For us to send you the tax-free document, please follow the steps below:

1. download the invoice

2. go to customs with the invoice and fill in the tax-free form

3. The 2 documents must be stamped and validated by the customs

4. Send the following physical documents to Rebounty`s headquarters (the customer must keep proof of sending the documentation).
